RETURN POLICY

NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 15 days from receipt of 
shipment. All exchanges depend on existing stock. 
Notice must be given to lalocalpr@gmail.com within 15 days 
for any issues or concerns with merchandise. Items must be 
in their original packaging, like new, with the printed
 receipt and return form when returned. Domestic customers 
are financially responsible for shipping the item back to 
the address provided on your packing slip for exchange. 
International customers are financially responsible for 
shipping the item back to the address provided on your 
packing slip for the exchange, as well as shipping the 
exchanged item back to their respective country. 

The shipping costs of your merchandise in case of 
return are borne by the customer in the same way as 
the expenses for us to return the merchandise to you again.
